**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Management**:

- Oversee academic staff and manage educational programs.
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

**Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Align curriculum with SSG standards and industry needs.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Regularly review and update course content.

**SSG Funding Knowledge**:

- Navigate and manage SSG funding processes.
- Ensure compliance with SSG funding requirements.
- Provide guidance to staff and students on SSG funding opportunities.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure adherence to SSG accreditation standards.
- Implement quality control measures for academic services.

**Professional Development**:

- Encourage and facilitate staff professional growth.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and policies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance training relevance.
- Engage with governmental bodies regarding policy and funding.
- Build and maintain relationships with the academic community.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Advanced Diploma/Degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- ACTA / DACE certified is a must.
- Proven experience in educational leadership and management.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge and experience in managing SSG Funding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
