Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for the UX design of core app products, have certain ability to research on users, product structures, processes, functions, page interactions, etc., and put forward constructive opinions and improvement plans;
- Bring forth a complete design derivation process to establish an effective design measurement standard, so as to bring incremental value to the business;
- Have an open mind, eager to share design thinking with the team, and actively participate in infrastructure design.
- Insight into target users, build a product user database, provide forward-looking suggestions for optimizing experience design, and provide support for the establishment of a product design system in line with user cognition.
**Job Requirements**:

- Have a deep understanding of the theories in design methods and UX design, and have a strong mastery in interaction design, be it professional knowledge or skillsets;
- Have participated in or built quality and efficiency management models, while successfully meeting business objectives to a high degree;
- Willing to study and understand UI and interaction design in depth, and have a strong sense of innovation.
- Excellent industry information sorting ability and management ability, strict logical reasoning and analysis ability.
- Successful experience in major experience design projects in many fields, and experience in B-end platform, big data platform and data visualization platform is preferred;
