Non-bank Financial Institutions Payments Sales

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Exciting opportunity to take part in driving momentum in our growing Payments business

**Responsibilities**:

- Support sales teams on various client pitches for preparation of draft proposals, presentations.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders (Global Corporate Banking / Implementation / Product / Service / legal / Financial Crime Compliance) on new deals, AML due diligence, service related matters and defend existing business.
- Manage front end client queries for escalated cases and coordinate with various teams for faster resolutions.
- Work on Financial reporting & Pipeline administration / analysis for market assessment and identify business opportunities.
- Execution of Key account plan including set and implement new strategies.
- Preparation of internal presentations on the segment and business updates to senior management.
- Preparation of KYCs / Supporting team on KYC reviews and account opening processes and documentation.
- Efficiently access internal systems to create requests, update details etc.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bank with basic understanding of systems and processes in Payments - High Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and commitment, as well as a strong business sense with a strategic and conceptual orientation.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Business or other relevant fields.
- Strong knowledge of FinTechs & Non-Bank Financial Institutions sub sectors (Insurance, Asset Managers, Brokers Dealers) and understanding of respective AML due diligence processes.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Experience in cash management client facing sales or service preferred
