Singapore PRIZE LASER WELDING SERVICES Full time

We are looking for a Machine Operator who is responsible and willing to learn. Locals (Singaporean), Work Permit Holders are eligible to apply. All genders and age groups (Min. eligible working age) are welcome.
- Operate machine(s) to perform either welding tasks (Automated) or leak testing
- Loading and unloading of parts onto the machine, then activate the welding function for the robot arm
- Packing of finished goods into boxes for delivery
- Performing inspection of finished goods (Use vernier caliper to measure dimensions, weighing scale to check weight) and logging inspection data

**Job Responsibility**:

- Understand how the machine works, in order to select the correct functions
- Main machine to operate is an automated robot arm, programmed to do welding. Main task is to load and unload parts and supervise the process.
- Secondary machine to operate is a leak testing machine to check for weld integrity. Machine uses low air pressure (2 bars) to pump air into part, non-hazardous
- Perform basic inspection of welded parts (Measure dimensions and weight)
- Packing of goods into boxes for delivery

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience is needed, on the job training will be provided
- No formal qualification level required, as long as you are willing to learn and responsible to meet timelines/output standards
- Having basic technical knowledge and being comfortable around industrial machinery will be a plus point

**Other Related Information**:

- Working hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm)
- OT pay will be provided if work hours exceed normal contracted time
- We are located at Tampines St 93, Blk 9010 (Nearest MRT Tampines West, Downtown line)
