The Finalyst Program (TFP) is a 24-months graduate program, where talents are invited to discover whether they have what it takes to develop a life-long career in Finance and the Life Science sector, with the market leader in serving science. Successful applicants are carefully selected, consciously mapped, and assigned to various Finance roles over the 24-month fixed term hire period, doing real and impactful business and finance work, contributing significantly to the success of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

**What you will do**:

- Directly improve efficiency and processes across the APAC Finance function. This should in turn benefit members of the Finance community and enable them to have increased capacity and focus to drive the business forward.
- Collate information from numerous functions and divisions and be able to undertake detailed data analysis.
- Be involved in Working Capital processes from preparation of templates to coordinating meetings/reviews and reporting out Working Capital performance to Leadership Team
- Perform reviews as part of Accounts Payable Control Self-Assessment
- Prepare summaries of key findings and memos for review by the Line Manager.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager.

**How you will get here**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Strong analytical skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel®.
- Have an eye for detail and meticulous when handling large data and information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with APAC colleagues
- Proactive and motivated by taking ownership of their work in a supported environment
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Automation Tools (e.g. RPA) is preferred
