We seek a dynamic and experience creative Producer who will oversee the creative aspects of projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Content, Marketing, Talent, Digital, designers and production houses/ studios, to ensure the successful execution of creative ideas across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, external vendors, designers, and artists to develop content and artwork that aligns with project goals
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed
- Oversee the production process, including casting, location scouting, and scheduling
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Editing, re-versioning and reformatting creative assets when required
- Periodic communication and coordination with local and regional teams

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Arts/Journalism/Film/Media or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of producing experience in creative, branding or equivalent media industry
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that is within the Company’s branding direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the adept to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Sound understanding of still and motion graphics as to be able to work with designers to achieve creative briefs
- Efficient with production software - Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suites, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office
