**Technical Support Technician - Singapore**

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

- A good track record of technical troubleshooting. As a daily task, you will be assigned to fix IT related issues like bugs and computer breakdown, responsible for setting up new computers, software integrations, CCTV and internet set up.
- Demonstrate good analytical and prioritization skills to extract data using Python and perform simple data analytics and to extract data from financial report and Power BI on business performance.
- Ideally, you will be qualified in computer science or a related field, with experience working in global IT support or IT Operations teams.
- Managing Procurement of new hardware, & vendor Quotations, as well as inventory management.
- Hands on with remote access software to support software troubleshooting of WUPOS and OKTA for all WUGN Employees.
- Knowledge of Python advantageous.
