The ASPAC finance team are looking for a highly motivated Finance Assistant/Accountant to join the team based in Singapore to support the day-to-day finance operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to join us as a Finance Assistant and develop into an Accountant position.

This important position is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a finance career in a FTSE 100 company.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Support the delivery of the month end control and reporting cycle for the business along with day-to-day financial management.
- Be involved in the preparation of financial statements for audit.
- Manage the suppliers and purchase invoice processes.
- Providing accurate and timely information for preparation of Finance Reports
- Update several trackers (such as rebates and ABC)
- Work with colleagues in ASPAC to organise, optimise and enhance the customer experience.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting or its equivalent in Finance / Economics _or_ an aspiring accountant with a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- Have an understanding of ERP systems and BI tools for financial reporting (business currently uses D365 and Power BI)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Languages Skills (Fluency in English)
