**Overview**

As part of Oldendorff's dynamic, global administration department, you will strengthen the Singapore travel desk team by consulting and supporting colleagues regionally with their business travel requirements. Set within the international and agile business approach of Oldendorff, your expertise will help the company to move freely, develop business and to remain cost conscious at the same time.
- Taking care of all travel arrangements (flight, hotel, transfer, rental car, etc.) for our business travellers and overseas offices travellers.
- Provide and arrange most logical and economical route flight / hotels options of business travellers meets traveller guide.
- Manage traveller profiles.
- Manage unused tickets and refund.
- Mange booking of hotel and service apartments.
- Any other jobs as allocated.

**Requirements and Profile**:

- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in marine fare and corporate fare.
- Knowledge of Galileo Global Distribution System is an added advantage.
- Must demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Possesses the ability to work independently and meticulously under pressure.
- A motivated, service-oriented and approachable individual with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working in a team and helping others.
- Shows a natural curiosity to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
- Willing to roll up the sleeves and add value by backing up other team members in less travel intensive times.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
