**Responsibilities**:
- Perform reception duties such as answering phone calls
- Source for new and potential vendors
- Update vendor’s delivery and service performance
- Assist order-to-cash processes, such as generating quotation, sales order, invoices, etc.
- Liaise with existing clients and handle sales enquiries such as request for quotations.
- Coordinate tracking of sales and delivery orders.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding their order ETA.
- Provides secretarial support for management
- Provides support for accounts and HR
- Provide general administrative support for the company such as handling mails, contacting vendors and suppliers, general filing and data entry, etc
- Overall responsible for all aspects of Admin/Operation functions
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in administrative position.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task and strive under pressure and changes.
- Pleasant personality and presentable.
- Applicants must be Singapore citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Position is on Full-Time basis only. Part-Timers or students need not apply.
