**Responsibilities**:

- **System Stability**: Ensure the stability and reliability of the overall infrastructure, proactively addressing potential risks and performance bottlenecks.
- **Cloud Resource Management**: Efficiently manage and optimize cloud platform resources, balancing cost, performance, and scalability.
- **MLOps Optimization**: Architect, implement, and enhance MLOps pipelines for seamless training, deployment, and serving of machine learning models.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and guidance to meet project objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Approximately 10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud management, or related fields. with a strong preference for involvement in AI-related projects, particularly in designing and deploying infrastructure to support ML models.
- **Programming Expertise**: Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Go (Golang), Python, Java, etc.
- **Middleware Experience**: Hands-on experience with middleware technologies (e.g., message brokers, service meshes, or caching solutions).
- **GPU Cluster Management**: Proven expertise in managing large-scale GPU clusters for high-performance computing and ML workloads.
- **Cloud Platforms**: Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, Azure, etc) and hybrid cloud architectures.
- **Automation Tools**: Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
- **Container Orchestration**: Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- **Monitoring and Observability**: Proficiency in setting up monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Chaos, ELK, etc.)for distributed systems.
- **Security Best Practices**: Familiarity with infrastructure security and compliance standards.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset.
