Join us as **Assistant Director of Sales **in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, you'll have ambition, talent, driven and obviously, some key skills, because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can,

**Your day to day**
- Procures new and dormant business for the hotel by monitoring contact with LNR and professional associations within geographical markets.
- Co-ordinates the development of promotional material.
- Produces monthly sales reports and forecast.
- Organises and attends major sales/PR related functions.
- Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the market.
- Maintains contact with planners and corporate accounts through sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications.
- Attend major functions to promote sales for the hotel.
- Identify operational problems that reduces the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solutions.
- Analyses current and potential market/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue.

**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, with 3-5 years relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving, collaborative working attitude, passion and drive.
