**Director of Engineering (C++)**

**$180,000 - $200,000**

A global financial technology vendor is presently hiring for an experienced Director of Engineering who has expertise and solid domain experience in the FX Exchange space.

Given your technical expertise, you will lead key initiatives in FX technology and play an integral role in delivering FX products to customers. You will drive the technical team in innovation of software design & development with focus on key designs, code and modules to the FX Exchange codebase.

In addition, you will provide leadership which fosters a culture which caters continuous improvement in processes and practices, imparting new technologies and driving high individual and team performance to meet the business goals.
- Must have good industry experience within banking or financial services with focus/background in Foreign Exchange Trading technology
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in technical leadership position/s
- Proficiency in delivering quality software using C++ 11/14/17 technologies
- Hands on experience on the following technologies is also a plus
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- CICD tools such as Git/Gitlab/Bamboo/BitBucket/Sonarqube
- Application Security tools such as Veracode/Coverity/Blackduc
