**Responsibilities**
- Perform incoming/ outgoing / in process quality checks and control
- Perform daily inspection on sanitation, hygiene, food safety and quality aspects to ensure good manufacturing and good hygiene practise at work.
- Conduct routine microbial and shelf life testing
- Provide production staff training in GMP, GHP, and CCP.
- Endure adherence to AVA requirements and ISO&HACCP documents are properly carried out
- Develop and recommend improvements of facilities, equipments and procedures to enhance safety, quality and efficiency
- Handle internal/ external audit and liaise with AVA for import and export inspection
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Knowledge in food safety & quality audits will be an advantage
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels
