- Responsible for the success and execution of Shopee Singapore’s key revenue program - Free Shipping Program
- Support detailed planning and execution of Free Shipping Program initiatives
- Develop and maintain program reports to track initiative performance and drive optimization
- Conduct analysis to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support Voucher planning and execution with close collaboration with Marketing team
- Ensure smooth running of Free Shipping Program by coordinating across various internal teams (e.g., seller engagement, account management, marketing)
- Support Free Shipping Program operation and optimize the process

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a commercial planning role preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
- Highly organized and able to carry out tasks independently
- Proven track record of excellent programme management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills with ability to analyze problems and implement concrete solutions
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
