We represent our client, a leading medical services company in Singapore, to identify the right BD Associate and Executive interested in the local and regional healthcare industry to support the growth of the Company.

**Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Business Development Team and business partners to assist prospects and clients in providing medical administrative services as a value-added service.
- Assist in networking, developing, and maintaining new and existing clients.
- Ensure a positive client experience by following up and resolving customer service-related issues appropriately and on time.
- Establish connections to improve the quality of various services and create more business opportunities.
- Implement and support the Company’s strategic, business planning and activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of clients’ data in the database to comply with the Company’s policies and protocols.

Support other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Job Requirements:
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills as you need to interact with English and Chinese-speaking prospects and clients.
- Good team player.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Relevant experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance.
- An independent individual with initiative and willingness to do what it takes to complete assigned tasks.
