**Provide L3 Support**
- Re-produce the anomaly in the integration / Quality environment,
- In case of erroneous escalation by the L2 support, complete the associated support documentation to prevent it from happening again,
- Qualify the incident and, if necessary, re-classify it as a request for evolution and log it in the Integration platform evolution backlog,
- Perform or have performed the developments, configurations, or patches services.
- Attempt to define the root cause of the problem by looking into code and designs in a lab setting
- For cases like need of code change raise the issue with customer to make changes to a product and pass down the solutions to L1, L1.5 and L2 Support.
- covers tickets for incidents not resolved by L1, L1.5 and L2 Support.
- open tickets to product team for any bug of the product

Min 3 yrs experience in:
**1. TIBCO BW CE, TIBCO BW6**

**2. BWCE Deployment (Maven plugin, BWCE base Image etc )**

**3. Azure Container & Docker concepts**

**4. Development, testing of integrations and API’s**
