Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead the Corporate Services function and strategically develop corporate services as a key factor in the success of SDO’s core work.
- Lead a dynamic and multi-talented team in refining corporate services policies, processes and systems to enhance stakeholder experiences.
- Motivate and supervise student development officers in delivering student development, corporate and office administration services.
- Coach and mentor reportees to support their growth and career development.
- Plan and manage the department’s annual budget and expenditure in accordance to IM8.
- Guide the department in ensuring compliance with relevant IM and NP policies and requirements.
- Represent the department in corporate-level Administration and Services workgroups.
- Contribute in the analysis and solving of problems for a win-win solution.
- Participate, collaborate and provide support in strategizing, planning and implementation of departmental initiatives as a member of the department’s management team.
**Pre-requisites**
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate service.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Possess competencies of teamwork & team leadership, management of resources, analytical & systems thinking, innovation and problem solving.
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team that cuts across functions in the department.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Workday, SharePoint, IT & Data Security, IM8 and IM4L.
