**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our founding team and build our brand from the ground up. This role is critical in shaping our identity, voice, and presence in the region and the market.
As Brand Manager, you will lead brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts, ensuring our app becomes a trusted name in the food discovery space.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with our business goals.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Content Development: Oversee content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Build relationships with influencers, restaurants, and food industry partners.
Community Engagement: Foster a loyal community of food enthusiasts through interactive events and user engagement.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Brand Identity: Ensure consistent brand messaging, design, and tone across all touchpoints.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in brand management, preferably in a startup or consumer-facing app environment.
Strong understanding of marketing, social media, and content strategies.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to think strategically while managing hands-on tasks.
Creative mindset with a passion for food and the culinary world.
Experience building partnerships and fostering community engagement.
