Singapore ECON HEALTHCARE (ASIA) LIMITED Full time

**Administrative Role**
- Provide administrative support to Rehab Department
- Generate, analyze and submit data reports on daily and monthly basis
- Monitor departmental KPIs to ensure they are met
- Oversee all claims and timesheets
- Coordinate with Support Operations team and vendor for any equipment maintenance or repair works in centres
- Coordinate with Finance to assist in the planning and support of procurement needs of the department
- Coordinate with HR to assist in hiring, onboarding of all new staff matters and any other staff related matters
- Provide secretariat support for all meetings organised by the department
- Plan and conduct internal PDPA audit for the department
- Assist in monitoring compliance to standard operating procedures

**Drive Client Care and Service Excellence**
- Plan and support implementation of new projects and initiatives in collaborations with
- all stakeholders including AHPs, care programming team and other departments
- Participate in group level quality work groups and committees
- Assist Director and Manager in reviewing, developing and implementation of operational
- processes, policies and protocols to optimise efficiency and efficacy of care delivery

**Resource Management**
- In-charge of procurement of items in the CRM via Purchase Requisition - equipment maintenance/repair, activity programming materials etc
- Communicate regularly with Purchasing Department on any quality issues or discrepancies in quantity when goods received
- Institute control measures to ensure cost-effective management of resources

**Project Related Matters**
- Prepare project budget in collaboration with Manager/Project Leads assigned
- Oversee budget allocated and efficient execution of projects assigned
- Liase with all relevant project stakeholders
- Ensure timely submission of reports and KPIs are met
- Maintain proper documentation for projects related matters

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 2-4 years of relevant working experience in administrative roles
- Experience in healthcare or eldercare setting will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, systematic with keen eye for details
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet planned timelines
- Maturity and adaptability to work both independently and with guidance in dynamic environment
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
