**Responsibilities**
You will be part of the Investment Team responsible for all operational aspects of deal sourcing to portfolio management. Key responsibilities include:
Fund Operations - support deal pipeline from origination to investment, oversee documentation of quarterly reports, and support fund accounting activities.
Investment Support - support investment team in research and analysis of market size, technological depth, competitive landscape, valuation, and exit potential.
Portfolio Management - be the first port of call for our portfolio companies and provide research support for value creation.
Systems Support - deploy and maintain software solutions to support scale-up initiatives for the fund.

Detail-orientated
Strong ownership and accountability
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to convey complex ideas in a concise and clear manner
Prior entrepreneurial or venture capital experience is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable university
