Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Facilitate the process flow from start to finish.
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Implement e-commerce activities.
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs, and activities over digital platforms.
Liaise with Warehouse Team on stock inventory.
Handling all of the company’s e-commerce platforms. (Laz,Qoo10,Shopee,Amazon,Tiktok)
Engaging customers via the respective chats as well as telecommunication when required.
Keying out of inventory for e-commerce sales.
Checking and weekly reporting all refund and return cases to superiors.
Ensuring accuracy in deliveries performed and return of stock by drivers.
Assist with co-ordination work as and when required by superiors.
Any other responsibilities that may be delegated by your supervisor or the management when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
