Rackspace is hiring a Customer Success Manager to deliver Fanatical Support on Public Cloud Platforms. Fanatical Support services at Rackspace include a wide range of services and features to help customers make the most out of their chosen hosting platform, accelerate adoption of Cloud in their business and improve upon traditional hosting strategies.

With a strong background in support environments and customer growth, Customer Success Managers (CSM) help customers manage change, minimize risk, optimize operations and support business growth through pro-active and personable interactions. CSMs help build long-term customer relationships, understanding their business goals and operational capability in order to best align and manage Rackspace resources and services, and drive outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Requirements
- Experience managing customers using AWS and ideally Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Effective project management skills
- Excellent execution and operational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in collaborating with customer and internal support teams in a Managed services environment
- Solid problem-solving abilities, owning issues until full resolution
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to develop relationships with all levels of customer stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer focus, with an ability to continually anticipate and meet their needs
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with account planning activities, service improvement, or business development activity
- Ability to collaborate with and manage diverse cross functional teams for successful customer outcomes
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats to assist in our various targets around our Service Delivery teams
- Growth oriented - identify opportunities within your account base to increase the Rackspace footprint
- A strong desire to learn new technologies and deliver excellent customer outcomes through technical expertise
- Due to 24x7x365 operation, must be willing to be available for occasional out of hours work.

Desirable
- Project management qualifications (SCRUM)
- AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform Intermediate Certifications
- Other Operating System knowledge (Linux Distributions)
- Experience in another Cloud technology (VMWare, OpenStack)
- ITIL Foundation or above
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
