**What You'll Do**:

- Deliver Excellent Service to our guests by understanding and meeting their expectations with a smile.
- Boost Sales to hit our targets.
- Be the go-to person for all our campaigns, promotions, and events, providing guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems.
- Manage stock tally when needed, ensuring everything is in perfect order.Maintain the general cleanliness of the venue at all times, making sure it’s always guest-ready.

**What You Bring**:

- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the F&B, Retail, or Tourism industry.
- Passion and love for our brand, games, and engaging with people.
- A commitment to delivering high-standard service to our guests.
- A responsible, energetic, and proactive attitude.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with our guests and team.

**Other Information**:

- **Working Days**:Mon - Sun (2 off days per week). You’ll get 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday off per month, with the other off days mostly on off-peak weekdays.
- **Shift Hours**:Flexible shift hours (typically 10am to 6pm or 3pm to 11pm) but able to work on weekends and holidays.
