**Client Engagement**:

- Present complex AI concepts and solutions at board meetings and executive sessions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities where AI can add significant value.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Work hands-on with advanced AI models, including the latest in machine learning and deep learning.
- Oversee the development of AI solutions from concept to deployment.

**Training & Facilitation**:

- Design and conduct workshops and training sessions for senior leadership teams.
- Promote AI literacy and foster a culture of innovation within client organizations.

**Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and lead a team of AI professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years in AI or related fields with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of presenting and engaging at the board level.
- Hands-on experience with frontier AI models and technologies (e.g., LLMs, deep learning frameworks).

**Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience in facilitating executive training and workshops.
- Proficiency in both English and Finnish is required to effectively communicate with our English-speaking and Finnish-speaking clients. This is essential for supporting ongoing projects with Finnish clients and contributing to the company’s growth plans in Finland and other European markets.
