**Data Scientist Manager**:
**The Role**
- Lead the Data Science function managing a team of data scientists, focusing on delivery of customer outcomes, AI and ML services
- Manage the team's priorities
- Work with the team to build data warehouse from scratch that can scale with demand
- Set the standard for excellence for statistical analysis and information visualisation
- Empower data consumers through technical workshop
- Collaborate with our Data Engineering team and Data Architect to deliver business value

**About You**
- A Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Engineering, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
- 5+ years working experience in data teams
- 3+ years experience managing data scientists
- Experience designing, building and deploying machine learning models
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals
- A strong understanding of statistics and maths behind machine learning models
- Experience creating a team culture of learning, and sharing best practices & industry insights
- The ability to manage a project from start to finish and deliver on time
- Knowledge of cloud environments and version control
