Job Summary:
The agency is developing an intranet Marketing Communications (Marcom) analytics platform on the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) 2.0 to enable Marcom officers to research and plan for Marcom campaigns, improving the capabilities of Marcom officers and establishing a baseline standard for Marcom campaign planning rigour. The platform also aims to exploit the breadth and depth of owned and paid Marcom campaigns data collected across Marcom campaigns to provide advance analytics capabilities.
This role will be a part of the Data team comprising of Data Scientists, Data Analytics and Data Engineers that will be tsked to establish a comprehensive Marcom Analytics platform.
Responsibilities:
Together with the team members: -
Developing and delivering advanced analytics models.
Creating and maintaining analytical dashboards.
Managing Data infrastructure and processes.
Working closely with and in coordination with a separate software development team to deliver their data solutions to end-users in a meaningful and intuitive way.
Aligning with management to ensure organizational goals and control over data governance and security are maintain and adhered to.
Requirements:
Must have:
Proficiency in one or more data science domains – feature engineering, statistics, machine learning, optimisation techniques.
Proficiency in the Python programming language and libraries commonly used for data science development.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and libraries commonly used for data wrangling (e.g. SQL, Spark);
Experience in analysing and preparing large datasets and preparing data for Data Science Model development.
Experience in developing and deploying data science solutions for production systems, including knowledge of DevOps and Model Ops principles, processes, and tools (e.g. GitLab, etc.); and
Experience in working directly with users to understand business requirements, frame business problems as data science problems, and iteratively execute data science solutions to meet business needs.
Good to have:
Proficiency in developing production-grade models for deployment, implementing model performance monitoring pipelines, and optimizing model performance for production systems.
Experience or domain knowledge in marketing, advertising, or performance marketing analytics.
Experience in working with cloud services, with preference for Amazon Web Services.
Experience in working with commercial integrated data infrastructure and processing solutions, with preference for Databricks; and
Experience in the development and deployment of custom Generative AI/Large Language Models in production environments.
