**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Logistic Lead manages the warehouse and

daily operational activities including incoming

and outgoing shipments of parts and materials.

**Primary Responsibilities & Outcomes**:

- Lead the logistics team to manage end to
- end warehouse operations by ensuring
- timely deliverables to our internal/external
- customers
- Perform continuous improvement activities
- on outboard/inbound logistic flows and
- operational efficiencies
- Support cycle count, inventory adjustment
- and handle quality recalls, customer
- compliant or issue on shipments
- Safe keep of assets located at commercial
- distribution facilities and ensure shipments
- meet customer expectations and adhere to
- all international compliance requirements.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all
- levels of the organizations, including
- preparation and presentation of status
- reports by using metrics and data
- Work with respective internal stakeholders
- to support company processes
- Lead effort to promote local aviation
- authority procedures that will allow for
- integration of the distribution system with
- appropriate quality controls and
- documentation for intercompany
- shipments.
- Manage respective licenses with
- governmental agencies to support
- operations
- Capability to use and interaction with
- modern ERP software (SAP)
- Support the implementation of new MRO
- software system pertaining to logistics
- function
- Implement and enforce EHS compliance of
- the Warehouse department
- Responsible for monitoring development
- and training needs of warehouse
- personnel
- Manage Vendor Manage Inventory contract
- Develop metrices to monitor warehouse
- productivity and efficiency (e.g. Inbound,
- Outbound, Quality and Inventory
- performance)

**Quantitative Dimensions/Metrics**:

- Responsible for all facility shipping andreceiving of materials and equipment forBell. This will include new A/Ccustomization staging, MRO, BPR and CPRfor both Bell SAP and Ramco system in thewarehouse. Will be accountable forcontrolling overhead costs within logisitcwarehouse. Responsible in meeting all Textron safety reporting and related goals and objectives using data matrix for reporting.

**Compliance Requirement & Risks**:

- Responsible to comply with numerous Bell, Textron, local and international compliancerequirements governing spares sales,trade, air worthiness release certificatesunder the repair station approvals.

**Qualifications**:

- University/ Diploma in Logistic Management
- At least 7 year’s distribution/inventory management, knowledgeable of logistic handling requirements for commercial operators and foreign governmental agencies.
- Minimum of 5 years international business experience in warehouse and distribution processes for a facility

**Skills/Certifications**:

- Familiar with Six Sigma lean and green belt
- certification.
- Possess CAAS L11 or 12 rating EASA equivalent license for warehouse managing and air worthiness release requirements.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good supervisory skills in leading and instructing others
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Basic knowledge in Global Trade Compliance
- Knowledge in material forecasting
- Self-motivated and team player
- SAP knowledge is preferred
