**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop innovative products from concept to final production, including baby and children's wear, adult clothing, and lifestyle accessories.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for new product designs.
- Research market trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to ensure product innovation and relevance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs are executed accurately.
- Create and maintain product specifications, including material, color, and size details.
- Test and refine prototypes to ensure functionality, quality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in product design, with an emphasis on fashion, accessories, or lifestyle products.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in sustainable product design and eco-friendly materials.
- Familiarity with 3D printing and other advanced manufacturing techniques.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders to customers.
- Assist in stock receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in warehouse administrative tasks, such as updating records of inventory and orders.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and move products as required.
- Basic computer skills for order and inventory management.
- Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
