**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our Power & New Energy business. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the region, with a particular emphasis on Energy Transformation initiatives such as Bio-Gas in India, Renewable Energy in India, and new energy projects in Sarawak, Malaysia. This position requires frequent travel within the region.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- **Market Research & Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the Power & New Energy sector, with a focus on Energy Transformation projects.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Project Management**:Oversee the successful execution of new projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Market Entry Strategy**:Develop and execute market entry strategies for new geographies and target markets within the Power & New Energy sector.
- **Stay Updated**:Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to the Power & New Energy sector.
- **Travel**:Frequent travel within the region will be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct site visits.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor Degree of Environmental Science or studies related to Sustainability.
- **Innovative Mindset**:Eager to explore and venture into new areas, including the Energy Transformation sector.
- **Proactive Approach**:Demonstrates the ability and willingness to take the initiative in developing new fields.
- **Effective Communication**:Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
