We are looking for a Principal Engineer in Mixed Signal Verification to spearhead innovative strategies, inspire and guide consultants and junior employees, and lead the digital-centric verification of complex semiconductor designs that encompass digital, analog, and mixed-signal elements.

In your new role you will:

- **Lead the Digital centric verification**of complex semiconductor designs, including digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs
- **Lead the verification of IC projects**comprehensively on module and system level
- **Lead the Digital centric verification management activities**such as verification planning, verification tracking and reporting, as well as requirement-based verification
- As a technical lead, **inspire and mentor junior verification engineers**while **providing invaluable technical support**and guidance to development teams and business partners
- **Coordinate the overall verification strategy**including analog/mixed-signal aspects as well as system-level functionality
- **Conduct the clarification of verification requirements**with multiple communication interfaces and drive the enhancement of existing verification methodologies and flows
- **Collaborate**with cross-functional teams, including design, implementation, and validation teams, to ensure seamless design verification
- **Ensure the highest quality of verification results,**identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing process improvements.
- **Control for work process compliance**and high-quality verification sign-off
- **Identify and address synergies**between Pre-Silicon verification methodology and Post-Silicon validation methodology

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in Electronics Engineering or similar field of studies with specific knowledge in semiconductor development
- **Proven leadership skills,**with experience in **coordinating activities, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior engineers.**:

- **At least 7 years of extensive hands-on experience in digital verification with state-of-the-art verification methodologies and tool flows, including 5 years of leadership responsibilities**:

- **Experience with digital verification in analog/mixed-signal environments**:

- Several years of experience as **technical lead**:

- Self-motivated, flexible, good communication with interpersonal skills and is a good team player who can work well with both internal and external partners
