**We're Hiring: Full-Time Baking Instructor (Children's Workshops)**

Gobblin Club is a growing brand dedicated to creating screen-free, hands-on learning experiences through baking. Our DIY kits and baking workshops are designed to spark creativity, encourage family bonding, and build confidence in children. As we expand, we're looking for a passionate **Full-Time Baking Instructor** to join our team

**What You'll Do**:

- **Lead and conduct baking and cooking classes** for children in a fun, engaging, and safe studio environment
- **Teach with patience and professionalism**, catering to children with different learning needs and experience levels1
- **Plan lesson structures** that are educational, interactive, and aligned with our creative standards
- **Develop and test new recipes** for workshops, special events, and seasonal launches
- **Prepare all materials and ingredients** before classes to ensure a smooth setup
- **Work closely with our creative and operations teams** to enhance class experiences and bring new ideas to life

**Schedule & Commitment**:

- 5 working days per week
- Weekday hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekend hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Must be able to commit to **at least 6 weekends per month**

**Who You Are**:

- You have **1-2 years of experience** as a baking instructor or in a similar role
- You’re passionate about **working with children** and love making learning fun
- You bring **energy, creativity, patience**, and a strong sense of responsibility
- You have a background or interest in **baking, culinary arts, or early childhood education**:

- You’re **organized, independent, and a great communicator** in a team setting

Pay: $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
