**We are seeking a passionate and dynamic**Mandarin Speech and Drama Instructor**to join our team**:
**In this role, you will inspire and nurture students' creativity, confidence, and communication skills through engaging speech and drama lessons conducted in**_Mandarin _**. If you have a love for teaching and a flair for drama, we want to hear from you**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging speech and drama lessons in _Mandarin _for students of various age groups.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
- Be prepared to teach at our other locations, with occasional cross-branch teaching (1-2 days per week).

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential, as all classes are conducted in Mandarin.
- Prior experience in teaching speech, drama, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and young learners.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- **L2 Certification is not required.**

**Working Hours | 5 Days Work Week**:

- **Weekdays**:3 Week Days (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
- **Weekends**:Saturdays **AND**Sundays (8:30 AM to 6:45 PM) - **Compulsory**
