Job Description:

Exceed Education is building a pool of MOE-Registered Speech and Drama Instructors to be considered for upcoming school-based Drama CCA training and Speech & Drama enrichment programmes.

Work opportunities will be assigned only upon confirmation of programme awards by schools. By applying, instructors agree to have their profiles and track records submitted to schools for consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Drama CCA training and Speech & Drama enrichment in MOE schools.
  • Coach students in stage performance, communication, and dramatic expression.
  • Support preparation for school-based events and showcases.
  • Manage classroom engagement and maintain professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be MOE-registered.
  • Minimum 3 years of coaching experience in Drama, English Literary Drama, or Speech & Drama enrichment.
  • Preferably trained in stage performance with certifications such as:

    Diploma in Theatre Studies or equivalent

    Diploma in Reading Recital (ALCM)

    Grade 8 Speech and Drama (LCM)

    Other recognised performing arts qualifications
  • Familiarity with routine school calendar events in primary/secondary schools.
  • Able to competently manage training responsibilities.
  • Mandatory: Provide a clear track record/list of past and current training programmes (e.g., Drama CCA, Speech & Drama enrichment).

Remuneration:

  • $80 per hour
