Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee all data centre operations including operations, physical security & associated systems, key and media across data centre and remote buildings
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of the data centre physical security systems
- Develop and implement strategies and roadmaps to enhance the data centre operations through technology upgrades, process improvements and automation
- Manage relationships and service level agreements with third party vendors and service providers for maintenance of data centre physical security systems
- Monitor infrastructure usage and capacity, and plan for future expansion or upgrades to support business growth
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures and controls to ensure regulatory and industry compliance such as ISO, PCI DSS etc.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant work experience in data centre industry may be considered.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data centre operations and physical security management
- Experience managing large scale, mission critical data centres and infrastructure environments
- Strong technical skills in access control systems, CCTV, other security technology and security processes
- Knowledge of data centre operations management and industry best practices
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
