**Primary Objectives of the Position**:
Responsible for Facilities maintenance.

**Major Responsibilities**:
1. Perform routine building and facilities maintenance especially aircon servicing.

2. Responsible for the preventive, breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of all Facilities & equipment such as:

- ACMV, Compressed Air system, CCTV & Security System, Fire protection system (Like inspect sprinkler, alarm etc..), Nitrogen System, Platform Scales, Wastewater Retention Tank System, Passenger & Cargo Lifts, Cold Rooms: Freezer & Chiller, Ozonized System etc

3. Work closely with other specialists or technician to ensure the smooth running of the daily operation.

4. Assist in repairing and troubleshooting works of all manufacturing facilities/equipment.

5. Carry out any ad-hoc activities as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic aircon knowledge will be advantageous.
- Experience in relevant industry.
- Recognized qualification in Professional Certificate / NITEC in Engineering (Electrical) or related discipline.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in all levels and a good team player.
- Should be able to commit overtime work weekdays/weekend or Public Holidays.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable to work at height, carry or lift heavy items or tools.

**Additional Info**:
Working hours is 8:30am - 5:30pm, Mondays to Fridays

Frequent shuttle bus from/to Lakeside MRT and Buroh Lane
