The incumbent will contribute to the department’s objectives to accelerate the adoption of digital solution in ACRA and to develop/maintain a robust and sustainable enterprise architecture for ACRA systems.

**What you will be working on**
- Accelerate adoption of digital solutions through conducting technology scanning and sharing of digital solutions and their potential use case to stakeholders - Work cross-functionally with business users to identify use cases and to co-develop solutions for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilot projects that involve the use of new digital technologies. Uplift the digital skillset of ACRA staffs through such partnerships. - Conduct design-thinking workshops to identify pain points of current “As-Is” business processes. Facilitate the streamlining and re-design of the business users’ “To-Be” process with customer-centricity in mind - Manage the POCs/Pilot projects to ensure quality delivery of project outcomes within scope, schedule and resources

**What we are looking for**
- Professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. PMP or CITPM certification will be a plus - At least 6 to 8 years of relevant project management experience. Knowledge or experience in projects involving AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain, Cloud and/or RPA would be preferred - Possess good analytical skills and able to grasp business domain knowledge quickly. Relevant domain knowledge of finance or accounting industry will be an advantage - Experience in agile delivery, design thinking and customer journey mapping preferred - Committed, forward-thinking and energetic team player - Effective communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to work with cross-functional multi-disciplined teams
