**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Support Assistant Duties**:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the product and customer support teams.
- Manage ticketing systems, triage issues, and ensure prompt resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in testing new features, compiling bug reports, and documenting user feedback.
- Prepare user guides, FAQ documentation, and basic training materials.
- Coordinate internal meetings related to product updates, launches, and cross-functional reviews.
- Track and maintain data related to user feedback, feature requests, and product usage.

**Corporate Secretary Duties**:

- Handle incorporation of new companies, maintain statutory registers, and manage share certificates.
- Prepare and file directors’ resolutions, annual returns, and other ACRA filings using BizFile+.
- Schedule and document board meetings, AGMs, and shareholder resolutions.
- Monitor compliance with statutory requirements, including deadlines and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, lawyers, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Manage e-stamping processes, Corppass administration, and XBRL submission support.

**Requirements**:
Education: Diploma
1-2 years in a product support or administrative role or corporate secretarial experience
