The Senior Coordinator must be skilled in scheduling, planning and coordination skills to manage the scheduling of brand ambassadors, facilities and technology tools. The Senior Coordinator must have a strong client satisfaction focus and work with Coordinators in other locations and with brand ambassadors to obtain client feedback and insight. They must also have the ability to prepare post event reports to provide insights on event numbers and results as well as provide insight to improve performance, client experiences and efficiencies.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience managing or leading scheduling or coordination teams, preferably in a customer focused technology services environment

Multicultural with strong leadership, team management, customer service and engagement experience

Strong interest or experience with Extended Reality (XR) technologies (Virtual, Augmented, Mixed Reality)Familiarity or experience with Extended Reality tools Meta Quest 2, Ray-Ban Stories & Meta Portal

Demonstrated scheduling and experience, resource coordination, team operations or leadership, production or audio studio operations or similar role.

Experience preparing performance and post event reporting and feedback.

Strong written & oral communication, and presentation skills

Experience working in a leadership role for event or public activity spaces where coordination of technology and physical spaces was required preferred.

Comfortable with technology, web technology and personal media technologies

Data collection and voice of customer feedback experience

Solid time management, planning and organization skills

Experienced in Microsoft Office tools and systems

Good knowledge technology demonstrations and customer technology introduction or support

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Coordinators based at locations around the region.

Provide remote coordination and scheduling for experience centers with no local Coordinator.

Manage Singapore experience center facility and resource scheduling.

Support brand ambassadors with facility logistics and resources.

Manage workflow across the APAC experience centers and accurately forecast resources and needs based on scope and timelines projection from Management.

Manage all the workflow of the local experience center in Singapore

Coordinate and schedule brand ambassadors, experience center facilities and technology resources

Work in cooperation with the management to assure experience center performance and reliability.

Work with management to coordinate support for upgrades, repairs or technology support services from internal teams or external providers when needed.

Supervise the collection of customer feedback after each demonstration and collect data to be delivered to the project management team for the Singapore center.

Collect and report on experience center customer feedback and data collected from all other regional experience centers and prepare aggregated reports.

Provide local reporting, insights and center overviews to the project management team.

Where necessary, assist with demonstrations

Organise teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results

Oversee all project requirements and take ownership of quality standards and QC processes

Oversee communications with account service teams and resolve/escalate any problems that may arise

Work with Monolith management to identify and implement efficiency initiatives

Maintain and improve file management process and procedures

Lead training of new team members

Collate and dispatch all materials required by Monolith and/or client
