**Hai Xian Live Seafood Market Pte. Ltd. **is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Executive to join our fast-paced team In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our thriving seafood market.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phone inquiries, and processing basic transactions.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate inventory records of seafood products, including receiving new stock, tracking sales, and assisting with stock takes.
- **Purchasing & Ordering**:Assist with the purchasing process by creating purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of seafood products.
- **Data Entry & Recordkeeping**:Maintain accurate and organized records of sales data, customer information, and other administrative documents.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.
- **Human Resources Support**:Assist with basic HR tasks such as employee onboarding, filing, and administrative support.
- **Office Management**:Manage day-to-day office tasks like filing, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling appointments.
- **Compliance & Regulations**:Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and safety protocols within the seafood retail industry.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new software programs.
- Experience in a retail environment a plus.
