A vital part of an innovative, creative and high performing Brand, Marketing & Communications (BM&C) team, your role will reporting to the Brand, Marketing and Communications Business Partner, Asia, and responsible for:
- Increasing Aurecon’s brand visibility in Asia, building a distinctive and unconventional brand as a source of differentiation and competitive advantage- Devising and implementing the PR and communications strategic plan and programmes that positions our leaders, experts, and capabilities to support Asia growth strategy and the Group Blueprint strategy- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop engaging Aurecon stories, demonstrating our thought leadership and expertise, and our commitment to the community- Identifying media opportunities and building strong media networks to support the overall Aurecon brand strategy, broadening reach, and enhancing the level of engagement- Formulating a social media strategy to expand the reach on different platforms, elevating the engagement level of target audiences- Proactively supporting the PR and communications requirements and organisational objectives of the company and managing day-to-day deliverables in a timely and effective manner

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life. As well as a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Marketing role in professional services, we are ideally looking for:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in PR and Communications with a proven track record in building media relations and securing coverage in relevant industry media outlets. Experience in professional services or business-to-business marketing is an advantage- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft clear and concise messaging for various stakeholders- Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently- Experience in media training or crisis is a plus
