**About this role, responsibilities & ownership**

The PR & Communications Manager will have ownership of the overarching communications strategy, and lead the execution of high-quality PR plans and activities to deepen Endowus’ share-of-voice and thought-leadership in digital wealth management in Hong Kong and Singapore.

**The roles and responsibilities will include the following**:

- Initiating, driving and launching new PR programmes that will support in establishing Endowus as the trusted and leading player in the wealthtech space, as well as a champion of financial literacy for all investors.
- An exceptional storyteller with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with key stakeholders, and contribute towards the dominance of Endowus’ share of voice in the industry will be vital.
- An empathetic and confident professional with the ability to inform and influence stakeholders.
- The PR counsel and go-to adviser to the leadership team, managing all aspects of executive communication and profiling opportunities.
- Individual can be based out of Singapore or Hong Kong.

**Requirements & qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Art & Social Science, or other relevant disciplines.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in an in-house or agency role.
- Proven track record in building and executing PR programmes locally and regionally. These include corporate communications, media relations, crisis comms, reputation building, thought-leadership building and internal comms.
- Highly organised and meticulous,with relevant experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
- Must have a high level of adaptability and flexibility, as well as the ability to function effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
- Knowledge and keen interest in personal finance, and investing topics will be a plus.
- Passionate about the tech, fintech, wealth management, and/or finance industries, with specific work experience and strong media connections in these fields will be a plus.
- Exceptional writing and communications skills in English. Spoken and written ability in business Chinese and Cantonese will be a plus.
