Accounts Payable Executive Labrador/ Circle Line

**Job Highlights**
- Japanese MNC with Uniform Provided, 10mins walk from Labrador MRT
- Basic + Attendance + Meal + Transport + Bonus Payout twice a year
- Work 4 weekdays + 1 Sat 4 hours. Total 36 hrs work week

**Responsibilities**:

- **Liaise with distributors and members on commission enquires.**:

- **Arrange and process commission payout for sales achieved.**:

- Check and verify the invoices and commission payment.
- Experience working with different currencies.
- Prepare local or overseas payment if require
- Assist in Singapore or Overseas accrual
- Bank Reconciliation for local or overseas bank
- Prepare expense statement
- Assist in liaise with external auditor
- Liaise with sales team for account closing.
- Liaise with bank to resolve any relating bank issue
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

**Requirement**:

- **Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of Accounts Payable experience**:

- Good knowledge of accounting systems and PC skills
- Advance Excel knowledge is preferred.
- Meticulous, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Committed to meet deadlines.

**Other Information**
- Japanese MNC conducive environment and supportive management
- **Company uniform provided, can wear jeans to and fro work and change before and after work.**:

- Gross Salary up to **$4000 Max including $200 Attendance allowance + $100 Meal allowance + $100 transport allowance **with good variable bonus paid twice a year + bonus + attractive benefits.
- All Allowance is entitled during 3 months' probation period.
- Basic Salary will be adjusted according to individual attitude and performance after 3 months' probation.
- 10 mins walk shelter all the way from Circle Line Labrador Park MRT Station
- **Willing to work the working hours below**:

- **Every Monday to Thursday (10am to 7pm)**:

- **Every Saturday (1pm to 5pm)**:

- **Every 1 weekday off and Sunday off**:

- **Total Working hours: 36 hours per week only with 2 off days per week**
