**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with the IT team of the head office to complete business requirements, test and deploy the project.
- Understand the Group’s system architecture, bridge business needs with technology implementation by combining business knowledge and technical skills.
- Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly.
- Develop IT projects under on time to support Branch’s business and management.
- Resolve software bugs and issues quickly.
- Improve software development processes by working with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.
- Any other duties as directed by the HOD of the Fintech Department or Branch Management.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analysis etc.).
- A minimum of three years' experience in Fintech, Information Technology or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- A track record of success in roles related to software development or innovation.
- A strong understanding of the methodologies and principles of software development.
- A working knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), alongside in version control systems and continuous integration practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or similar languages.
- An understanding of web development frameworks, such as Vue.js, React.js, a full stack developer is expected.
- Ability to deliver functional solutions within a tight deadline
- Collaborative and problem-solving skills in a team environment.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
