Head of Core Solution, Logicalis Singapore

**Job purpose**:
As the “Head of Core Solution", you will lead, deliver and grow Logicalis business in Network Transformation and Cybersecurity technology in Singapore, with a strong focus in defining and executing the right go-to-market strategy for these solutions & services. These solutions & services currently include network transformation for campus/data-centre/cloud/WAN and Cybersecurity covering network, end-points, identity, cloud, zero-trust etc. The role will lead 2 separate & dedicated presales & project delivery teams of architects and consultants and will engage directly with clients to provide thought leadership in defining the appropriate solutions for them to enable a positive business outcome.

As the technology expert, you will be the company’s technology visionary, a chief engineer, and innovation leader, with a proven track record of delivering highly-technical, innovative solutions & services. There must be a solid working knowledge of how multi-million dollar modern and secured network architectures are being designed and implemented. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role offers a chance to learn, grow, and build a reputation within the IT sector in Singapore & Asia as an emerging leader and innovator

**Responsibilities**
- Drive measurable and sustained growth for Core Solution in Singapore. Work closely with the sales leadership in the country to deliver the required sales revenue, gross profit, services and growth metrics in the respective technology and service areas
- Serve as Strategic/Executive Consultant, advising customer leadership on best practices approaches on enabling their IT infrastructure digital transformation through technology. Position Logicalis (and our solutions & services) to lead customers on their technology-driven business transformations and drive positive experiences, increase productivity and enhance resiliency
- Responsible for all stages of the solution delivery cycle, beginning with the conversation of solving the customer’s business problems through understanding business requirements, to translating it into solutions that deliver tangible results, to marketing launch, to lighthouse deal support, to projects delivery
- Lead the relationship with key strategic partners and the enablement of Logicalis resources (from sales, presales, delivery) such that we are being viewed as a key partners for these technology providers. Build innovative digital offerings through these industry leading partners’ products and align the solution roadmaps with customers to drive efficiency, productivity and business impact. These partners include Cisco, Microsoft etc
- Build and lead a team of high-performing presales architects & specialists. This team will have capabilities to architect solutions pertaining to customer’s business requirements, as well as go deep in providing consulting and presales solution/product support for the networking & security solution we offer:

- _Attract and develop a presales team of talent and foster a high-performance culture._
- _Coach your team to drive the Sales cycle for large opportunities partnering with the technology vendors from initial prospect engagement to closing. Directly engage with key prospects in collaboration with the account teams_
- Lead the Professional Services (PS) delivery teams to deliver on large scale complex project successfully and seamlessly ensuring profitability, cost effectiveness, high quality standard and customer satisfactions:

- _Adopt industry best practices and ensure that the right tools, techniques, methodologies and systems to deliver the services that meet the commitment of the scope and the expectations of the customers_
- Advise, coach and lead the PS teams on project delivery, solution development and deployment, and revenue generation responsibilities
- Drive efficient use of all delivery team resources so that team utilization goals are attained while driving, customer satisfaction, and project revenue goals
- Develop the delivery team’s career plans with goals and objectives so that each team members’ career development, certification & training can be documented, tracked and supported.
- Identify areas where continuous improvement and automation can be applied and develop and recommend modifications to processes and procedures.
- Facilitate the transformation the PS Team to respond to new market opportunities as defined by the business and new deals
- Develop managed services offerings for the associated solution and execute on the go-to-market plan for these services

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Min 15 years in ICT technology, in solution consulting in BOTH presales & post sales
- Min 12 years of relevant experience in the network transformation & security solutions, with significant depth around crafting, implementing, and leading critical multi-functional integration projects and working with vendor partners
- Able to demonstrate excellent understandin
