Responsibilities Design and deliver Azure DevOps and Automation solutions tailored to requirements. Provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects, addressing questions, concerns and issues. Assess and improve existing DevOps processes with recommendations for CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Provide guidance on infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities and assist in closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Offer feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis and product enhancement suggestions. Provide enablement trainings to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization. Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, container technologies (Azure Kubernetes Services), Git, Docker, Jenkins and related CI/CD areas. Strong knowledge of Azure automation, ARM templates, Biceps, Terraform. In-depth knowledge of UNIX and Linux systems. Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and grow. Able to work independently and in teams.
