**[What the role is]**

SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, LEGAL

**[What you will be working on]**

As a Senior Legal Executive / Legal Executive, you will provide dedicated operational and legal support to the Legal team, contributing to both administrative coordination and prosecution processes. You will play a key role in facilitating legal casework, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting counsel during court proceedings.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist prosecutors in the preparation and filing of court documents before and after court mentions.
- Collate and maintain accurate daily statistics on case outcomes and fines imposed.
- Manage the distribution, receipt, and return of court papers and investigation files across internal divisions.
- Upload Affidavits of Service onto ICMS for night court proceedings.
- Perform court clerk duties, including supporting prosecutors or counsel during court sessions.
- Maintain and organize legal files and records, both in electronic and hardcopy formats.
- Assist in the preparation of internal reports, legal correspondences, and case summaries.
- Ensure proper version control and storage of sensitive legal documents.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and take minutes when required.
- Respond to routine queries from internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Provide logístical and administrative support for department activities and initiatives.
