Potato Play Pte. Ltd. is a venture-funded mobile games publisher/developer obsessed with creating the next big hit game that’s going to be on everyone’s phones. We’re doing this by combining the creative energy of our diverse and talented team with data-driven direction. With several chart-topping hits under our belt, we’re constantly iterating and making quantum leaps towards our goals.

We're looking to hire an experienced Art Director to take responsibility for making sure all visual aspects of our game meet the expectations of the leadership team and the quality of our project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to articulate and define the art style of the game in collaboration with senior management
- Ensure visual consistency and continuity between all aspects of the game
- Work horizontally across all visual aspects of the game
- Deep knowledge of the latest art tools and systems
- Create key art pieces that define the game
- Build, and maintain the game's Art approach and philosophy
- Create and manage art pipelines (internal and external) together with department leads
- Conduct regular reviews of in-game content as well as concept material
- Balance visual quality and technical performance
- Ensure the creation and review of style guides for all visual disciplines

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of mobile game development experience with at least 2 titles published at scale
- Experience sourcing and managing outsource partners to deliver art assets
- Deep understanding of all departments and phases of game development
- Experience in building a team and managing people
- Passion about gaming with good knowledge of the global mobile games market trends
- Ability to work remotely and independently with flexible hours
- Worked on casual merge/puzzle games is a plus (including match-3 or farm/simulation titles)
- Experience with Unity is a plus
