**Executive (Volunteers/ Communications)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and grow volunteer base through outreach to individuals, community-based groups, and corporates
- Implement volunteer management policies, practices, and processes
- Lead volunteers in planning and executing resident programmes and intergenerational programmes
- Monitor progress of volunteers and their programmes, and provide timely feedback
- Develop corporate materials such as event write-ups, publicity posters and brochures
- Manage communications channels such as the website, newsletter and social media
- Assist with visitation-related matters
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar job scope (prior experience in the Community Care sector will be an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office programs with basic graphic design skills
- When required, available to work in the evenings and weekends
**Key Assets and Abilities**:
- A good team player with the ability to work well with minimum supervision
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent in spoken English, ability to converse in Mandarin/dialect would be an advantage
- A friendly, warm and engaging personality
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
