About GLOBALFOUNDRIES:
Essential Responsibilities include:

- Development and execution of plans for transfer of New Product Introduction (NPI) to high volume manufacturing
- Works with the Technology Development (TD) team to identify and mitigate technology and manufacturing risks for our new technologies and products
- Works with internal partners/modules to identify vendors and support vendor roadmap development for high volume production equipment
- Develop manufacturing processes at the factory and drive line-qualification by working with cross-functional teams
- Work with modules on yield improvement and process troubleshooting
- Work with cross-functional team to drive ramp and process readiness
- Drive cost and cycle time reduction through line balancing, and process optimization.
- In charge of process convergence across the various technology node (40/55/65/110/130nm).
- Fab 7 Cost driver for process simplification, and convergence.
- In charge of cost down activity for Fab 7
- Silicon substrate driver for the different vendors
- Ensure Overall Equipment Efficiency to support production capacity.

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- PhD/Masters/Bachelor degree in EE/Materials/Physics or related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in semiconductor, wafer fab, or manufacturing environment.
- Good process and statistical knowledge.
- Proven track record of leading process development/operations organization and supporting external manufacturing.
- Self-motivated, experience excelling in a fast paced environment, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation and multi-functional influence experience
- Proven analytical skills and cross-functional communication.
